Why We Created AdminiFI

After 15 years working in nonprofit technology we kept seeing the same problems:

  • Tools built for corporations, not resource-strapped nonprofits

  • Overly complex interfaces and manual processes

  • Pricing that assumes unrealistic budgets and resources

  • Product and support teams that don't understand your work

  • Private equity acquisitions abandoning innovation for higher margins and short-term outcomes

When AI became capable enough to finally solve some of these problems (not just explain them) we knew we had to build something different.

After years as an executive at a company delivering software primarily for nonprofits, I realized the industry wasn't serving community-oriented organizations effectively. The best way to make a real impact was to build a company that puts nonprofits first. AdminiFI is that company. We're not here to chase trends or maximize short-term profits, we're here to empower nonprofits with the tools they need to thrive.
